Ground Construction Limited are constructing the Foster + Partners designed Kings Park Road, which will be a brand new development on 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and penthouses in Chelsea’s Design district.
Berkeley Group company were granted detailed planning permission for Phase 4 of the Kings Park Road Development which will include 357 homes in one of the most sought after areas in London near the River Thames.
Ground Construction Limited chose Selo’s Tempus Fire Doors to provide a reusable, zero maintenance, E60 temporary fire-rated temporary fire door during construction on-site. Tempus is designed to withstand the rigours of a construction site whilst maintaining fire compliance throughout.
Tempus is made from heavy-duty steel and is designed to me reused and moved from project to project whilst maintaining it’s performance and remaining compliant.
Ground Construction Limited installed both the Tempus Mark I and the latest Tempus Mark II doors at Kings Park Road. The Tempus Mark II allows for a greater opening potential, wider door with better protection during transport.
When developing new products, we listen to our customers, and their feedback drives our R&D and new product development. Mark II also includes frame adjuster within the frame to allow for out-of-true walls up to 10mm. Mixed construction has also been added to the FOA!
