RIBA Stage 2-5
In-depth KnowledgeThe purpose of the meeting is to assist Architects in meeting their deadlines at RIBA stage 2-5 with specialist advice to achieve a compliant system of products.
We recognise that with the introduction of the BSA the workload for the Architects has massively increased. Selo is in a position to offer and provide the extra advisory service to bring more clarity to the Stage 4 specification process.
50% of specifications we see as an enquiry would be non-compliant – we invent our products based on legal requirements, we test and fulfil compliant requirements and we feel obliged to share our knowledge where possible.
The purpose of the meeting is to assist Architects in meeting their deadlines at RIBA stage 2-5 with specialist advice to achieve a compliant system of products.
Typically a 1-hour meeting (per workshop) with Keelan; our dedicated specification support advisor. This can be adapted to suit the scale of a specific project to suit your needs.
At the end of the process, we will have a completed specification, ready for BSA sign-off.
