Marble Arch Place is two buildings – one luxury residential and one high-end commercial offices to present a remarkable meeting point of Oxford Street, Mayfair and Hyde Park.
The commercial building provides circa 90,000sqft of prestigious office space spready across seven floors, with three outdoor spaces and views over Hyde Park.
The residential building is an 19-storey development of just 54 apartments, again offering panoramic views of Hyde Park.
Selo were chosen to supply our high-performance Quadra+ riser doors, which are fire rated to E120. The riser doors were specified in a range of different finishes, from concealed discreet riser doors to riser doors in a picture frame, all with the same compliance.
Selo also supplied our Enigma Pocket Doors for the bathrooms in the commercial building, which offers a space saving solution in communal areas. Enigma Pocket Doors were chosen for their market leading reliability and durability. The pocket doors have been open-close cycle tested to 10,000 cycles to give architects and developers the confidence the sliding doors will maintain their performance over time.
