With 97 rooms, residents can choose between one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio apartments, all with en-suite shower rooms and some with kitchenettes.

The Una was used in this building. The Una is a timber leaf riser door system with a concealed metal frame. Provided as a full metal door set, made to size and delivered to site as a flat-packed kit prepared for all ironmongery. The wood door leaf comes with hinge cut-outs and can be primed for on-site finishing or pre-finished in our factory. Choose from non-fire rated or fire rated to E30 or E60.
