Stephenson Street, also known as Twelve Trees Park, is a residential development in West Ham which will see over 3,800 new homes and Selo have been specified to supply 116 Quadra+ riser doors.
The main contractor on the development, Pantera Carpentry, worked with Selo to a specify a door manufacturer to supply riser doors and access panels at the development.
Selo worked with Pantera Carpentry and Berkeley Homes to deliver riser doors and access panels at the development.
Ovi Balan, Senior Project Manager at Pantera Carpentry, said: “The doors are great, and service is great, Nathan is professional and a good laugh. Everyone at Selo is friendly and easy going and arrange for orders in a friendly manner.”
Selo have a legacy of getting it right in the construction industry, having worked on 8,000+ successful projects and standardised ‘riser door’ through our innovation, which has now become the industry norm.
Selo’s Quadra+ riser doors are E120 fire rated doors and Selo have been using the EN standard over the National Standards for years to provide maximum compliance and safety for our customers. This has future proofed the Quadra+ riser door as all of the parts of BS476 for both reaction and resistance to fire in Approved Document B have been removed. Only the EN standards can be used to define performance from the end of the 5-year coexistence period which is 2 September 2029.
