We’re thrilled to announce Selo’s involvement with new home renovation ITV1 series, ‘Love your Home and Garden’, hosted by Alan Titchmarsh.
A spin off to the popular ‘Love your Garden’ series, this sees Alan and his expert team create brand new indoor spaces to compliment amazing gardens. It rewards inspirational and deserving families with a surprise make over and we were proud to donate our pocket doors to support the renovations.
The first episode that features Selo’s pocket doors airs tonight, Wednesday 6th September ITV1 where Alan travels to Eltham, South London to meet Manisha and Rajeev Seesurrun and their son Aryan who suffers from severe cerebral palsy. Architects George Bradley and Ewald Van Der Straeten open up the ground floor of the house and help connect it to the outside space which revolutionises the living space and makes the area brighter and more organised.
Next week on Wednesday 13th September, Alan travels to Chester to meet Ann and Richard Price who have devoted their lives to helping others and have fostered nearly twenty children. Alan and his team work on the outdoor space whilst award winning project designer James Stroud works on the interior. James completely reconfigures the ground floor and creates a calming open plan space in neutral colours which features Selo’s pocket doors.
At Selo, we support a number of local charity initiatives and like to ‘give back’ to our community. We were delighted to be involved in this series, and thrilled to see the end results from these hugely talented teams.
