The empty site of a former school has been reimagined as a coveted address in Kensington, offering the best of city living in an elegant setting.

Campden Hill is a dream come true for discerning buyers seeking a contemporary apartment minutes from the boutiques and restaurants of Kensington High Street. Each one has been designed to offer all the hallmarks of a luxury, peaceful retreat, with a large terrace or balcony. This was the vision of the joint developers, Native Land and Grosvenor, when they were granted planning permission for the 180,000 sq ft scheme.

This prime residential development comprises 69 apartments that look onto extensive landscaped gardens. Aidan Potter, Director of Design at John McAslan + Partners, commented that they aimed to fully realise the potential of this unique site by ensuring that the design integrated into the distinctive setting of nearby Holland Park and the local neighbourhood.

In fact, Alasdair Nicholls, Chief Executive of Native Land (known for delivering the most sought-after residential developments in London), predicts that Campden Hill will become the leading ‘super prime development of the future’.

Features include a fully staffed entrance lobby, a residents’ leisure and spa facility, and 78 underground parking spaces. Work on the former Holland Park School site – sold to the developers for £100m – completed in August 2016.

Our Arriva door was chosen for its minimalist lines, with the effect of maximising an interior space. This outward-opening concealed-frame doorset is a top choice of developers due to its adaptability. It is also quick and simple to install, being custom made and fully prepared for hinges, seals and other ironmongery, which are supplied to order.

The high-quality finish of each element of the apartment interiors means that every expectation is met at this luxury development, with its timeless design offering enduring appeal.
