The Arriva system features a split-type SH, specially designed to seamlessly integrate with finished wall constructions like stud and plasterboard. The reinforced, rolled-edge side flanges of Arriva are perforated for easy fixing. Once plastered or jointed over, they deliver a continuous surface that extends smoothly up to the door jamb, ensuring a sleek and seamless appearance. This innovative system is ideal for those seeking flush doors with an invisible door frame for a modern and integrated aesthetic.
Arriva doors are made to suit every individual order, taking into account size, quantity and finish. Either lipped with hardwood
and veneered with an opaque kraft paper to conceal the lippings ready for final painting, or veneered to suit your requirements.
Once the system is installed doors are fitted; either with our own surface-mounted butt hinges, or with mortised concealed hinges. The timber door leaf accepts a range of door hardware to suit your interior.
As well as traditional skirting Arriva can also be used with flush skirting for a minimalist look. This will need to be specified to ensure the frames are prepared to suit this detail.
