The Arriva concealed door frame is a split-frame type jamb that clips together around the finished wall construction. Reinforced, rolled-edge side flanges are perforated for easy fixing of the jib door.

The wall and jamb are plastered or jointed over with the rest of the wall to give a continuous surface up to the door. Doors are hung with either our own surface-mounted butt hinges, or with mortised concealed hinges.

Arriva can be installed as a single door leaf.

Arriva can be installed as a double door leaf.

All Selo door leafs are solid timber core and lipped on all 4 sides with hardwood lippings. Doors are then cut out for hinges and seals where required and sent to site in their ‘ready to fit’ form.

The frame is pre-etched and simply requires a metal primer to be applied to the frame before painting.

The frame can be prefinished in a polyester powder-coated finish to a standard RAL colour.

Provided pre-primed for painting on site.

The door leafs can be provided pre-painted to a standard RAL colour.

Laminate coating for a more robust finish.

The door leafs can be veneered in any species of timber veneer and then lacquered in a 30% clear sheen.

The Selo butt hinge is surface mounted to the frame and door enabling a very simple and quick installation.

The frame is prepared to receive the lock or latch that will be used in the door. Almost all standard lock and latch types are compatible with the frame.

The strike plate is included with the doorset but the actual lock or latch is not. The lock/latch is fitted to the door on site.

The latch plate is surface mounted onto the frame. There are 6 different latch plate types available.

The non-fire rated Arriva doorset has a 44mm solid core door and requires no intumescent seals.

The Arriva doorset has been fully fire tested to 30 minutes in single and double configurations.

Important note
To ensure the fire integrity is not compromised it is important that the wall partition is suitable and also the interface between the partition and doorset is correct.

The Arriva doorset has been fully fire tested to 60 minutes in single and double configurations.

The Arriva doorset has been acoustically tested an can be provided with a rating of up to 32dB.

The Arriva doorset has been acoustically tested an can be provided with a rating of up to 32dB in conjunction with FD30 or FD60 fire rating.

If a concealed closer is required the GEZE Boxer closer is recommended.

Can be used in the normal fashion, mounted overhead.

The Arriva door leafs can be supplied with vision panels fitted. They are factory fitted and can be supplied with clear or satin glass and a surface mounted or flush glazing bead.

A flush skirting can be used. This will need to be specified to ensure the frames are prepared to suit this detail.

A standard surface mounted skirting can be applied in the usual fashion. The skirting needs to finish at the edge of the frame.

The frame comes flat packed pre-manufactured to size and prepared for the hinge and strike plate. The door leaf comes provided with hinge cut outs and protected in cardboard.
