Una is a concealed frame riser door with a metal frame and timber door. The timber door leaf enables fitment of standard ironmongery to match with the rest of the project.

The Una door frame is a single piece metal section with a perforated bead and door stop for fixing. Once installed, the door frame can be tape and jointed, or plastered, to fully conceal the frame and the fixings, creating a truly concealed riser door system which is seamless with its surroundings.

Una can be installed as a single door leaf.

Una can be installed as a double door leaf.

All Selo door leafs are solid timber core and lipped on all 4 sides with hardwood lippings. Doors are then cut out for hinges and seals where required and sent to site in their ‘ready to fit’ form.

In this instance, the door frame is pre-etched and simply requires a metal primer to be applied to the frame before painting in your chosen colour.

The door frame can be prefinished in a polyester powder-coated finish to a standard RAL colour.

The door leaf is provided pre-primed and ready for painting on site.

The door leaf can be provided pre-painted to a standard RAL colour.

Selo can provide the door leaf with a laminate coating for a more robust finish.

The door leaf can be veneered in any species of timber veneer and then lacquered in a 30% clear sheen.

The Selo butt hinge is surface mounted to the frame and the door, enabling a very simple and quick installation.

The frame is prepared to receive the lock or latch that will be used in the door. Almost all standard lock and latch types are compatible with the frame.

The strike plate is included with the doorset but the actual lock or latch is not. The lock/latch is fitted to the door on site.

There are 6 different latch plate types available.The latch plate is surface mounted onto the frame. There are 6 different latch plate types available.

The non-fire rated Una doorset has a 44mm solid core door and requires no intumescent seals.

The Una doorset has been fully fire tested to 30 minutes in single and double configurations.

To ensure the fire integrity is not compromised it is important that the wall partition is suitable and also the interface between the partition and doorset is correct.

The Una doorset has been fully fire tested to 60 minutes in single and double configurations.

The frame comes flat packed pre-manufactured to size and prepared for the hinge and strike plate. The door leaf comes provided with hinge cut outs and protected in cardboard.
