The Quadra+ Riser doorset is a fully pre-hung concealed doorset. Ready to install; the doorset is supplied pre-powder-coated with all of the doors’ locks and hinges pre-fitted for efficiency.

Fixed into place through the frame to the shaft wall or partition makes it exceptionally quick and simple to install, whilst still achieving up to 2h fire rating and over 35dB acoustic performance as standard.

The Quadra+ metal doorset can now be provided with Quench® Fire-stopping material already fixed into place.

This option has the fire-stopping material built into the frame. This removes the final element of labour dependent workmanship intumescent mastic within the riser. The door set arrives on-site 100% pre-assembled and is a considerable time saver, especially on high-volume projects.

The single doorset comes fully pre-hung for a quick and simple installation.

The double doorset is provided with a pre-made frame and the door leafs separately for ease of transportation to and around site. The frame is pre-made and the door leafs are quickly and simply clicked into place.

Available with up to 6 leafs in one run, fully fire rated and no supporting posts provide a large access area with no central posts. Like the double doorset, the frame is pre-made with the door leafs supplied separately for ease of transportation.

The most popular version the concealed frame allows you to fully conceal your frame providing a almost completely hidden doorset.

Now featuring an increased perforated flange size for better fixing into all types of partition build up.

Where aesthetics are not so key or you may wish to install the doorset after the tape and jointing/plastering the Quadra+ can be provided with a visible frame that is surface mounted on top of the wall surface.

The 3 point locking system is operated by a square key budget lock. The door is supplied with a stainless steel lock insert which does away with ugly plastic bungs and stops scratches around the hole from using the key.

For situations where you require higher security and the ability to lock the door with a euro cylinder can be used.

The ultimate finish! Conceal the lock completely with our new patented spring loaded concealed lock. Operated using a touch latch which hinges up to reveal the lock.

The euro cylinder used is a standard 55/10 euro cylinder barrel. Selo can provide these as part of the package if required.

The unique pivot system provides a very simple and quick solution while remaining fully concealed.

A new, longer pivot pin and slotted guide makes retraction and door removal quicker and easier than ever. The side recess within the slotted guide locks the pivot handle in place to indicate the pivot pin is fully engaged.

As standard, the doorset is powder coated to a matt finish in a pure white RAL 9010 colour. Leave unpainted or emulsion paint with the rest of the wall to conceal the door.

The Quadra+ door can be wallpapered to match your surrounding decor.

Customise Quadra+ to suit your project with a smooth or textured powder-coated finish in a RAL colour of your choice.

Our metal-leaf doorset systems have been extensively bi-directionally tested for resistance to fire.

This means that the doorset is fire-rated using both sides of the door ensuring complete protection.

The Quadra+ doorset has been fire tested for 2 hours for singles, doubles and up to 6 door configurations.

Important note
To ensure the fire integrity is not compromised it is important that the wall partition is suitable and also the interface between the partition and doorset is correct.

The Quadra+ riser doorset is provided with smoke seals pre-installed within the frame, as standard.

If maximum smoke performance is required, please caulk around the rear of the frame OR, if using a picture frame surround, seal this to the wall using a suitable sealant.

On confined, busy sites doors need to be carried by hand a lot of the time. To keep the doorset protected, Quadra+ comes fully protected with polystyrene corners and heat shrink wrapped in heavy duty polythene.

We understand the demanding requirements of a construction site and the damage that can be done once the doorset is installed if not properly protected.

We can provide corrugated plastic protection sheets to be taped to the door faces, protecting them from scuffs and scratches.
