VolkerFitzpatrick, a leading engineering and construction company, was involved in the final phase of this business park in Weybridge, Surrey, for LaSalle Investment Management.
Over 58 weeks, this £22.8 million state-of-the-art office facility, designed by architects TP Bennett, was constructed alongside existing facilities, on a brownfield site. Local businesses include Samsung, Toshiba, Sony, Thales and Mercedes-Benz, in this business park which is set close to extensive amenities and established green belt.
Alan Clark, Project Manager for VolkerFitzpatrick, commented that the existing facilities are of a very high standard, and that this high-specification project would provide companies with quality office accommodation for years to come. It includes extensive exterior landscaping and an access track for the Environment Agency to maintain and protect the River Wey.
